Refer a friend before Christmas and receive $500 if they secure a casual position, and $1,000 if they secure a permanent role.

  • Login to your Lido Portal using your staff login.

  • Click “refer a friend” and enter your mates details.

  • If your referral is successfully placed, you’ll receive your reward. It’s too easy.

 

Prizes

Individual Referral Prizes
You’ll receive $500 if your mate secures a casual position*, and $1,000 if they secure a permanent role**. All you need to do is refer them for a role in the Lido Careers Portal.

Venue Referral Prize
The venue that secures the highest number of referrals*** by Christmas will receive $5,000 for the team to enjoy.

T&Cs

ALL Referrals must be submitted through Success Factors between 12th November and COB and 24th December to be considered for referral reward prizes available for this promotion.

*Successful Casual Placements: If your referred candidate has been successfully placed into a Casual role and has worked for Lido for 4 weeks, you will receive $500. This payment will be made to you through payroll, therefore will be subject to income tax.

**Successful Permanent Placements: If your referred candidate has been successfully placed into a Permanent role, you will receive the first $500 of the referral payment once your referral has worked for Lido for 4 weeks. You will receive the final $500 once they have worked for Lido for 6 months. These payments will be made to you through payroll, therefore will be subject to income tax.

***Venue Prize: A one-off $5,000 venue prize will be awarded to the venue that submits the greatest number of referrals during the promotional dates. The greatest number will be calculated per headcount in a particular venue. E.g. A venue with 100 team members submitting 10 referrals and a venue with 10 team members that submit 1 referral both will earn 10 points. Venue Prize winner will be announced and rewarded in January.

Lido Senior Management Team, Group Management, Heads of Departments in Head Office, the Talent Team and Hiring Managers accountable for the hiring decision of the referred candidate are not eligible for a referral reward for that team member.

Referrals that result in the re-hire of a previous Lido team member will not be eligible for a referral reward.
