Most of you know us. We make sourdough bread. We mill our own grain, and we’re organic bakers trying to change the world. In one way or another we’re fighting to save and restore our broken food systems. Systems that have broken our ground, our communities, villages and people. 

This crew of bakers and chefs are incredible. All the credit to them for working such long hours, with short nights at home. Coming back everyday just as excited as the last. I’m so proud of what we’ve built together and the dent we’ve made in the community so far! 

We push on to open a space of our own this November!!  It’s been something like our light at the end of the tunnel during this season of patience, fear and uncertainty to do what we love most. To bring you healthful bread and groceries. But mostly to create a space of purpose. 

The happiness we envision is endless here and we’re proud to have served all of you so far.
